At Lagree Onda, our goal is to make classes smooth, fair, and enjoyable for everyone. Because our classes are small and machines are limited, these policies help ensure spots are used and members have a chance to join when space opens up.
All classes must be booked through the Lagree Onda app or website in advance. Spots are limited based on machine availability.
You may cancel a class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time with no penalty.
To cancel, please use the Lagree Onda app or website. This allows someone else to grab the spot if they're waiting.
If you cancel within 12 hours of class, a $13 late cancel fee will apply.
This policy helps ensure that reserved spots are used and gives waitlisted members a fair chance to attend.
If you are booked into a class and do not attend, a $22 no-show fee will apply.
Even if you can't make it last minute, canceling in the app is always appreciated.
If a class is full, you're welcome to join the waitlist. If a spot opens more than two hours before class, the next person on the waitlist will be automatically added. This can happen even if you are already booked in another class.
If a spot opens within two hours of class, clients are not auto-added — you can check the schedule and book yourself manually if a spot becomes available.
Members are responsible for monitoring any waitlists they join and removing themselves before the 12-hour cancellation window if they are no longer able to attend.
Lagree classes are intentionally small to ensure everyone has space and attention on the machines. These policies help keep classes fair and allow members on the waitlist to take open spots when plans change.
Canceling early when you can't attend helps the entire studio flow. Good Onda all around.
